55484 Job Details: VCU Health's Community Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Director for the Medical Oncology/Radiation Center to provide administrative and financial leadership to include: legal and regulatory compliance; financial management; relationship development; operations and human resources management. The director ensures the Department's compliance with both VCUHS, CMH, and VCU policies and procedures. This position will have management, oversight and strategic direction of radiation oncology, including linear accelerator, infusion center, clinical trials and physician practice. Responsibilities Work to improve patient safety, clinical quality and service excellence initiatives. Develop and implement oncology-specific plans around increase in volumes, market share, and/or revenue. Collaborate with physicians, clinical and support staff, and Massey Cancer Center, for patient care and clinical trials. Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure compliance to American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation, American College of Radiology accreditation, and state and federal rules and regulations such as Joint Commission accreditation for oncology-related areas. Manage billing, finances and capital and operational budgets for oncology. Evaluates and coordinates with appropriate leaders and physicians on new technologies, market differentiation, research opportunities, and delivery of care. Education/training REQUIRED (Note: work experience may be considered in lieu of credentials not required by law with HR approval. Eight years for undergraduate degree; Twelve years for Graduate degree. Work experience must be specific to role) Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or closely related field Education/training PREFERRED Master's Degree related field from an accredited program Level and type of experience REQUIRED Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible supervisory/management positions Level and type of experience Preferred Seven (7) or more years of supervisory/management positions Experience in Clinical Trials Knowledge/Experience with Commission on Cancer (COC) Accreditation

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
